What GoBudget is. GoBudget is a personal budgeting tool. It helps you plan and track spending. It is not financial, investment, tax, or legal advice, and projected balances are estimates that depend on the data you and your bank provide.
Your account. You are responsible for keeping your login credentials and second factor secure, and for the accuracy of data you enter. One account per person; don't attempt to access other users' data.
Bank connections. Bank syncing is provided through the SimpleFIN Bridge, a separate service with its own terms and fees. GoBudget is not responsible for the availability or accuracy of data supplied by your bank or the Bridge.
No warranty; limitation of liability. The service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law, GoBudget and its operator are not liable for financial decisions made using the service, or for indirect or consequential damages. Total liability is limited to the amount you paid for the service in the past 12 months.
Termination. You may delete your account at any time from the Security page, which permanently removes your data. We may suspend accounts that abuse the service.
Changes. We may update these terms; continued use after an update constitutes acceptance.
